I finally decided to have my unit sent to HTC service center for repair due to the purple noise on camera while in low light environment.

I asked the HTC personnel, does the new unit nowadays have the same problem with mine, he replied that the units that has problems with purple noise are the batch manufactured on May and the other batches doesn’t have this kind of problem. Well.. now I finally found the answer that I’m looking for, it’s not the jellybean 4.2 upgrade that caused the problem but the cellphone unit itself. Now I need to live without my cellphone for few days, hmmmm…I can live with that..lol
