Just bought this Acer unit 2 days ago, it’s running smooth after I bought it but a while ago something is wrong, I received a call from my office and I noticed the phone is not ringing! I tried to tackle with my settings and even reset it to factory setting but still no sound, I immediately packed the phone and ready to return it for refund!
