Went back to the Doctor yesterday to see my blood test result, my uric acid reached 8.4 which is higher than the normal value. With this value it usually causes gout, well..I surely felt the symptoms of having a gout which is really painful and can’t hardly walk. My Doctor gave me some medicine which will help to lower my uric acid. I guess I need to control my eating habits specially the foods that I’m eating.
